Every product in the Muse line is made with real ingredients only — no fillers, no maltodextrin, no shortcuts. Our mushroom blend combines organic lion's mane, chaga, red reishi, and cordyceps with bacopa, ginkgo, cacao, and warming spices. Our teas are straight herbs, nothing added. Most products on the market can't say that.

Muse is a line of mushroom and herbal ritual beverages developed inside Urban Vegan Kitchen, our restaurant in Chelsea, NYC.
The collection includes Muse Mushroom Coffee and six loose herbal teas created for different moments throughout the day.

Muse Mushroom Coffee does not contain coffee beans.
It is a cacao-based blend made with lion’s mane, cordyceps, chaga, red reishi, MCT oil powder, bacopa, ginkgo, and warming spices.
It can be enjoyed on its own or combined with espresso, cold brew, or matcha.

Muse contains no added caffeine.
Because the blend contains cacao, it may contain a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine.
Add espresso, cold brew, or matcha when you want a more caffeinated drink.

Add 1 tablespoon to 12 ounces of hot water, steamed milk, or coffee. Sweeten to taste and mix well with a frother. Add espresso, cold brew, or matcha to build your own ritual. Optional: top with vegan whipped cream.

Add 1 heaping teaspoon to a reusable strainer or tea bag. Steep in 8 ounces of boiling water for 5–7 minutes. For Dream Big, steep for 10–12 minutes and enjoy as part of your evening wind-down. Sweeten to taste or drink as-is.
